Set in the urban fabric of Corfu Town, Nord Form is a modern residential development that redefines the relationship between architecture and nature in a city environment. Positioned within a densely built neighbourhood, the project presented a unique challenge: to create a sense of openness, privacy, and natural escape without disrupting the surrounding rhythm. The landscape design responds with a carefully curated garden nestled at the rear of the property, offering a secluded green oasis for residents. Featuring native plantings, layered hedging, and circular lounging zones shaded by carefully placed trees, the outdoor space provides visual softness and tactile calm against the strict linearity of the building’s façade. Every element — from the flowing planting beds to the structured seating areas — is designed to balance form and function, offering a moment of retreat within the city. The result is a landscape that elevates the architectural expression of the complex while nurturing a grounded, liveable experience for its inhabitants.
