Located in the Alykes area near Lefkimmi, Corfu, Serena is a transformation project that unifies two adjoining houses from different periods into a single, cohesive residence. The intervention focuses on creating architectural continuity while reorganizing the surrounding landscape into a functional agritourism environment. Outdoor spaces are structured to serve both private use and small-scale events, with clear zoning and circulation throughout the site. Key elements include a large pool, functional verandas, a two-car garage, and open lawn areas framed by layered, primarily edible planting. A greenhouse and raised cultivation zones support agricultural use, integrating production with leisure. The result is a balanced environment that combines hospitality, cultivation, and everyday living.
