Nysa

Located in the hills of Pagoi, Corfu, Nysa is a landscape project that integrates contemporary design with the natural character of its surroundings. Set on a gentle slope among olive and cypress trees, the site offers open views toward the valley and the Ionian Sea. The design organizes the outdoor areas into clear, functional zones, enhancing movement and connection across the site. Key elements such as the infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, spa area, and rooftop lounge are carefully positioned to balance privacy, usability, and views. Material choices and planting reinforce the relationship between the built environment and the landscape, creating a space that feels calm, structured, and naturally embedded.
