Flumen

Located in Platytera, Corfu, Flumen redefines a 1960s residential building through a refined façade upgrade and a reimagined courtyard landscape. The design draws from the idea of flow, introducing soft curves and continuous lines that bring a sense of calm within a dense urban setting. The outdoor space is organized to balance movement and stillness, with a curved seating area and planted zones that guide circulation naturally. A rear veranda extends usability, creating a functional outdoor living layer for residents. Privacy is carefully enhanced through planting and layout, while the overall composition transforms a previously neglected property into a cohesive and contemporary residential environment.
